Decide what is most important: Community, schools, commute, quiet st., location, space feature and functions you need.
These two discussions will get you into neighborhoods that fit price and other needs.
Chances are the home you want is not on the market yet. You need to get educated. Target your neighborhoods and set up outbound notices from the MRIS.
Search on the Realtor.com and Zillow.com, go to open houses and have your realtor look at anything that may be in your sweet spot. We do not show homes to clients unless we have seen them our selves. Many homes are over priced or poor condition.
