Team Member Spotlight
Julie Hart, the team’s Marketing and Social Media Director, makes every home look incredible. She designs and creates our clients brochures and promotes their home on all platforms of social media. She is an expert at targeting buyer markets, creating descriptive text, and making a seamless marketing package for each home. Once you see how gorgeous your home looks, you will want to buy it again! With 13 years of experience as an admin, Julie previously worked for Donny Samson and Bernie Kagan and has now worked for Casey for the last 8 years. Julie’s education is not in marketing, but in the fine arts with a BFA in Dance from SUNY Brockport.
This translates to Julie’s creative and innovative ideas that show in every marketing piece, as well as problem solving with thinking outside the box. Julie has called Northern Virginia home for 18 years and lives in Clifton with her husband, 2 kids and rescue dog Gatsby. When Julie is not working hard with The Casey Samson Team, she is teaching dance at Creative Dance Center or performing with the dance company Kista Tucker Insights.

Julie’s dog Gatsby pictured here, was adopted from Lonely Hearts Animal Rescue 4 years ago. Gatsby loves to sport his We the Dogs DC bandana while going for long walks and playing fetch!
