Kelly is Casey’s daughter and she was born and raised in Vienna, Virginia and has a passion for her hometown community. She graduated from James Madison High School in 2004 and headed to college at Radford University. After graduating in 2008 Kelly spent the next few years living in the Virgin Islands. In 2012 Kelly became a licensed Samson Properties agent and started working with her father, Casey Samson.
