Northern Virginia shows strong signs of rebounding in December.

Most people take their homes off the market during the holidays. This gives the ones that stay on the market, a better chance of selling. Vienna new homes and under $1M improved in November as did inventory in Oakton. Any employment boom in those major employment centers is great for the bedroom communities.”
