Morgan Samson, Casey’s daughter, was born and raised in Vienna, Virginia, and is a testament to the adage, “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.” From a young age, it was evident that Morgan inherited many of Casey’s qualities, including a strong work ethic, a vibrant social nature, and a deep-seated passion for their hometown. She grew up immersed in VYI (Vienna Youth Incorporated) sports, participating actively and even earning the prestigious VYI College Scholarship. *Fun fact* Her grandparents were among the four founding families of VYI. This early involvement in sports not only fostered her competitive spirit but also instilled in her a sense of commitment and ‘always put the team first’ mentality. Morgan attended James Madison High School where she was a cheerleader, lacrosse player and waitress at the Vienna Inn. After graduating in 2007, she decided to head down south to the University of Alabama “Roll Tide”. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, and just like her dad, a huge football fan. She finished up her college career at James Madison University, graduating with a degree in Communications. Her passion for real estate was kindled at a young age, influenced by her family’s significant contributions to the community. This enthusiasm for real estate has only grown over the years, which has helped her build lasting relationships with clients who trust her expertise.
