Mary Ellen Bowman
Joining the Casey Samson Team marks an exciting new chapter for Mary Ellen as she leverages her vast experience and passion for real estate. Growing up in Northern Virginia, Mary Ellen developed a deep connection to the local area, particularly the equestrian neighborhoods of Fairfax and Loudoun Counties. After attending The Madeira School in McLean, Mary Ellen earned a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Virginia Tech, and a law degree from the University of Alabama. Upon passing the bar exam, she and her husband moved back home to Virginia to start a family. Mary Ellen has spent the last two decades honing her expertise in contract negotiations and investing, while building a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio stretching from Northern Virginia to the Outer Banks. With years of hands-on experience buying and selling homes in a variety of markets, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
Mary Ellen and her husband, Andrew, are proud parents of four beautiful children, Sophia, Joe, Jacqueline and William, and spend much of their time supporting their kids in musical and athletic endeavors. They currently live on a horse farm in Clifton, with their three dogs, Clarabelle, Rebel and Willow. Mary Ellen and her family enjoy escaping to their bayfront home near the Outer Banks for quality time and watersports. In addition to a busy family life, Mary Ellen enjoys staying active with barre classes and giving back to the community by volunteering in the Children’s Ministry at Expectation Church in Fairfax.
Mary Ellen’s extensive knowledge of the local market, her legal expertise, and her impeccable design sense, provide a unique value to her client’s that is hard to find elsewhere. She loves connecting with people and playing an integral role in protecting and increasing the value of their real estate assets, with the goal of helping families build generational wealth.
