Pat brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team with over 25 years in Northern Virginia’s residential real estate and mortgage sectors. He played a pivotal role in organizing the mortgage banking arm of Samson Properties in 2002, and during his tenure, he oversaw financing exceeding $3 billion for the company’s clients. Personally, Pat has closed over $980 million in residential transactions as both a Realtor and lender, underscoring his proficiency in the field. As TCST’s top alt agent, he has the versatility and knowledge to handle any situation that might arise, and he is a valued mentor to the younger, professional agents on the team.
Having lived and worked in Centreville, Virginia since 1986, Pat is deeply rooted in the community. He has been a booster at Westfield and Centreville High Schools since 2001, demonstrating his commitment to local education. His community involvement also includes serving as past treasurer and coach at SYA Little League and being an active member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church in Centreville.
On a personal note, Pat was married for 30+ years and has two children, Billy and Michelle, who are both key assets to our team. His extensive experience, community involvement, and family-oriented approach make him an invaluable member of the Casey Samson Team.
