We are delighted to introduce Wendy and Steve, another husband and wife duo joining the Casey Samson Team! Wendy, a licensed real estate broker in DC, MD and VA, pours her heart into helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Based out of Arlington, Virginia, Wendy was recently inducted into the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORs® (NVAR) Top Producers Club, Diamond Member, based on over a decade of sales in the DC Metro Area. With a background in law and mediation, Wendy is a sophisticated negotiator and strategist. Professionally trained in negotiating from multiple programs (including Harvard’s Program on Negotiation and Pepperdine University’s Strauss Institute for Alternative Dispute Resolution), she regularly negotiated 8-figure deals for Fortune 500 companies as an attorney-mediator, before turning to real estate full-time in 2013. Wendy gives back by trying to raise up and improve the real estate client’s experience and the overall reputation of the industry. Wendy serves as a volunteer ombudsman and panelist for the Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee. In addition to being a savvy business strategist, Wendy believes strongly in adhering to the Code of Ethics ALL the time, without exception.
Steve is a triple threat as a licensed real estate agent, lender, and settlement agent. Steve’s forte is working through the process in a clear and thorough manner. He understands all the moving parts and how they have to come together harmoniously to get a deal done. Nobody can take complicated data and break it down for a client better than Steve can. A native of Brooklyn, NY, (and now a resident of Arlington Virginia) Steve thrived in the high stake’s world of stock brokerage and Wall Street finance. His real estate clients love his creative and ethusiastic approach and ability to turn problems into solutions. His genuine charisma helps him build relationships to his clients’ advantage.
