Recently Tyburn Tree in Oak Hill’s Franklin Farm went under contract after 10 days on the market along with the beautiful Valley Drive in Vienna, Hunt Valley in Vienna’s Westwood Estate, and a newly listed Tysons Corner condo on International Drive (5 days on the market!).
Our team had three settlements in the last week. Pam and Shayna’s buyer closed in Vienna and marked her 6th successful settlement with us! For sellers, Verna Drive in Oakton, Virginia closed and Chancery Station in Reston sold (in the first weekend!). Congrats to our sellers!
