Local Inventory is Stable Despite Previous Trends
This year we had a strong spring. Everyone decided to put their homes on the market just as everyone left for the beach in May/June. It caused inventory to climb and prices to fall. We are keeping our eyes on the inventory but so far so good. We are still getting good traffic through open houses and 50%-60% of our homes are selling in the first week. We are not receiving the bidding wars that we have experienced this spring. We are getting ratified full price offers.
