  • As we enter phase two, we will resume open houses. Tours will be in 15 minute increments so you can have a private tour while also practicing social distancing

  • 3 visitors at a time
  • No children in the home
  • Sellers leave on all lights and open all interior doors
• Seller affidavit that they do not have:
  • Not been diagnosed with the Covid-19 
  • Do not have any symptoms of Covid-19
  • Have not knowingly been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last 2 weeks
• Our buyers sign the same affidavit confirming the above
